Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@vividvogueboutique.com.
Fraudulent Transactions
Fraudulent transactions will not be refunded, and such orders will be canceled. Vivid Vogue Boutique reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities. Confirmed fraudulent transactions may result in permanent account suspension or legal action.
